Payment: Cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard and Debit cardsaccepted.
Returned Checks: A $20.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned checks.
No Smoking: Ensuring a healthy and nurturing environment for all of our guests, our Salon and Spa are non-smoking environments.
Tardiness: Since our technicians work within a structured schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. After a 10 minute tardiness, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations: If you are unable to honor an appointment, please give us a courtesy call within 48 hours. No shows may be charged 50% of booked service.
Children's Policy: While we do welcome children who have appointments, we do not have the facilities to accommodate unattended children. Thank you for your consideration.
Appointment Reservations: We recommend that you always schedule your next HAIR CO. experience prior to leaving. In order to guarantee a specific time and service for the future, HAIR CO. allows all of our guests to reserve three appointments at one time. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let our desk staff know.
Our Service Guarantee: We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know within 7 days. We will correct the challenge to your satisfaction.
HAIR CO. Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts, perfect for any occasion. We will help you personalize a gift and if desired arrange delivery for you. Please note: Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be ordered on the phone.
Spa Appointments: Incorporated within your scheduled appointment time is an extra 15 minutes to take advantage of our special amenities. Slip into a robe and slippers, enjoy a beverage and complimentary foot bath prior to your HAIR CO. Spa experience.
